The Alzheimer’s Association WNY Chapter provides programs and services for 8 counties in the Western New York area. This quarterly program guide details the support groups, education programs, fundraising opportunities and special programs available to individuals and caregivers dealing with the effects of Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
