Niagara Falls ESPRI challenged TGD to develop a marketing campaign targeting the residents of the City of Niagara Falls to transition out of situations of poverty and unemployment to stable, sustainable and career centered employment.
The “Make Yourself” campaign focuses on empowering the individual to be an active participant in the process which is a key component to engagement and retention. Materials encourage residents to contact the Project Director to begin the intake process.
A series of materials including posters, online advertising, event graphics, postcards and a website launched the campaign in early 2019 and will continue to focus on outreach and recruitment.
